Welcome to Impressive Glow! I’m Maria, a licensed cosmetologist with 6 years of experience. I graduated from cosmetology school in 2020 and opened Impressive Glow in October 2022. Cancellation Policy

POLICIES At Impressive Glow, we value your time and ours. Please review all policies carefully before booking your appointment. ———————————————— CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to another client. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price ———————————————— LATE POLICY • A $10 late fee will be added after 10 minutes • A $15 late fee will be added after 15 minutes • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited ———————————————— NO REFUND POLICY All services are final sale. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once a service has been performed. ———————————————— TOOTH GEM POLICY • Complimentary reattachment is available within 2 months for up to 2 tooth gems originally applied by Impressive Glow • Reattachment after 2 months, or for more than 2 gems, will be subject to the current reattachment fee • Complimentary reattachment does not apply to gems lost due to improper aftercare, trauma, picking, biting hard foods, or other external factors • Reattachment applies only to tooth gems originally placed by Impressive Glow ———————————————— SERVICE DISCLAIMER Individual results and longevity may vary depending on lifestyle habits, oral hygiene, aftercare, and other factors outside of our control.
