Cancellation Policy

POLICY At Impressive Glow, we value your time and ours. Please review all policies carefully before booking. ⸻———————————————— CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask for your understanding regarding missed or late-canceled appointments. When this occurs, it prevents us from offering that time to another client. • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price ⸻———————————————— LATE POLICY • A $10 late fee will be added after 10 minutes • A $15 late fee will be added after 15 minutes • After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited ⸻———————————————— NO REFUND POLICY All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. ⸻———————————————— TOOTH GEM POLICY • Complimentary reattachment is offered within 2 months for up to 2 gems originally applied by Impressive Glow • After 2 months, or for additional gems, reattachment fees will apply • We are not responsible for gems lost due to improper aftercare or external factors ⸻———————————————— SERVICE DISCLAIMER Results may vary based on individual lifestyle habits, oral hygiene, and aftercare.
